Service Description

An Ayurvedic Indian therapy which focuses primarily on shoulders, arms, neck and head area- where stress and tension are commonly held. This seated massage involves techniques which increases circulation, nourishes the hair, scalp, whilst calming the nervous system and enhancing mood. Oils are used within this treatment during the bodywork, but can also be an optional addition to the hair.
