My name is Emma, and I am the therapist and owner of Hopwood's Holistic Massage Therapies.
I have always been driven to work & care for people -with a background in healthcare (as a mental health nurse for 20 years), and over a decade of experience working within the holistic therapeutic field. Delivery of holistic therapies is my absolute passion and focus, as I have seen how it can have such an immediate impact on an individual's health. Improving health by aiding deeper sleep, reducing aches, pains and tension, improving mobility, circulation, the release of toxins, whilst also calming the nervous system (reducing cortisol and adrenaline within the body), and triggering the release of endorphins, dopamine and serotonin, which enhances mood and reduces anxiety .
I offer a variety of holistic treatments, so that you can select the approach that most benefits you and your current needs. I am a qualified Holistic and Sports Massage Therapist, Reflexologist and Reiki Master, with additional qualifications in Deep Tissue Massage, Indian Head Massage, Hot Stones and Facial Massage.
